The first step is determining your top priorities and gaining insight into your day-to-day habits, design needs and your lifestyle. We invite you to share your ideas, palette priorities, design expectations, and budget. We determine if your project requires a contractor and architect in order to recommend those trades. We then schedule an in-home walk-through with you where we evaluate the existing space, pull existing plans, record, measure and photograph the site. We also draft an inventory of pieces you wish to incorporate in the new design.

Design Concept


Our team gets to work establishing your style, palette, design priorities and overall details to develop and create your customized design plan and mood board with supporting samples (textiles, flooring, tiles, paint swatches, hardware, carpet, rugs, and more) to illustrate our inspiration and help you visualize the direction. We develop a timeline to reflect all key milestones, track all orders, and meet all construction deadlines. This way you have a clear view of when everything will take place.

Design Plan


Our team will audit architectural plans and inform details such as electrical, ceiling, flooring, plumbing, stairs, and wall elements for new construction or remodels. We provide CAD drawings, aerial views and elevations to the client and all contractors so that construction schedules can be followed seamlessly. We design the furniture space planning, defining exact placement and scale of recommended pieces.

Design Development


Based on the approved design concept, our team will source and specify materials to be used throughout the project. We will provide a material package to include drawings and elevations of all spaces, 3D renderings when relevant as well as a full FFE schedule to be referenced by contractors. Samples of recommended finishes are provided as part of the package. In this phase, our team sources and specifies the exact pieces to be used throughout the project including furnishings, fixtures, art and accessories from esteemed galleries, showrooms, manufacturers and cutting-edge design shows.

Construction Management


Once you’ve approved the design direction, layout, materials and furnishings selections, it is time for us to quote and propose everything. Once we receive your approval, we begin placing orders and assessing freight schedules. Our team tracks and manages all orders, reviews finishes and details, and monitors the fabrication of custom pieces. We manage our own sub-contractors to ensure that the project progresses in conformity with our design intent. All products are delivered to our warehouse where our receivers carefully inspect them and safely store them until the installation day.​

Stage + Reveal


Once all items have arrived at the warehouse and an installation date has been scheduled, our team will install the pieces and pull all the finishing touches together. And then it’s time for our favorite part: We unveil our labor of love to you and watch as you take it all in! Now you can sit back, relax and enjoy your beautiful new space.
