Les Coulisses | Backstage

A space of transformation, Les Coulisses reimagines the primary bath as both a sanctuary and a stage—where daily rituals become moments of self-expression. Inspired by Parisian elegance and global influences, the design blends rich textures, sculptural elements, and timeless craftsmanship.

A hand-sketched bas-relief mural, created in collaboration with Segreto Finishes, draws inspiration from luxury French design houses, while a leather-wrapped tub, reminiscent of a classic French travel trunk, nods to adventure and escape. The shower’s dramatic marble arch evokes a temple-like retreat, and a curved ceiling wrapped in hand-painted wallpaper adds an intimate glow.

Architectural transformations, including an expanded shower and custom double vanity in Calacatta Viola marble, elevate both form and function. Finishing touches—bespoke textiles, curated accessories, and equestrian-inspired details—reflect Laetitia Laurent’s passion for heritage and craftsmanship. A study in contrast and cohesion, Les Coulisses is a space where beauty, ritual, and escape converge.
