After living in their condo for 10 years, this retired couple decided they were ready for a refresh—one that would take full advantage of their panoramic ocean views. A thoughtful palette of blue and silver hues washes over the master bedroom, den/office, guest bedroom, and all three bathrooms so that the lines between indoors and outdoors became blurred. Silky textures throughout give off a watery effect, and the wallpaper is railroaded wherever possible to emulate the ocean waves, as seen in the powder room and master bathroom. Reflective high-gloss finishes on the built-ins reflect the natural light flooding in through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The clean and contemporary aesthetic includes mostly custom pieces, including the bed in the master bedroom.
