Urooj’s journey into design was fueled by her love of travel, reading, and architecture. Initially focused on becoming an architect, her interest shifted to interior design after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. With six years of experience, Urooj specializes in luxury interiors and has ventured into bespoke furniture and graphic design. Her deep knowledge of materials and attention to detail allow her to create truly customized spaces that reflect the unique needs of her clients. Lauren was born and raised in South Florida and graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s in Interior Design. Her passion for design blossomed while working in the restaurant industry, where she realized how much our surroundings impact daily life. Initially drawn to hospitality design, an internship with a residential firm shifted her focus to the more personal and detailed nature of residential projects. Lauren enjoys building meaningful connections with her clients and guiding them through the unique journey of each project. When she’s not designing, you’ll find her spending time with family and friends or working out at the gym.

Paola Nope was born and raised in Colombia and moved to the United States 9 years ago, bringing her love for design, art, and fashion to Laure Nell Interiors as our Design Assistant. Paola holds an Interior Design degree from Palm Beach State College. She is a strong believer in designing spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but functional. When she is not mapping out new designs, Paola is spending time with her two little boys and husband traveling and relishing new restaurants, museums, and galleries.

Born and raised in Madrid, Spain, Lead Designer Ivan Segovia brings a global perspective shaped by years living in Savannah, Brooklyn, San Diego, and now Fort Lauderdale. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the Design Institute of San Diego, he combines technical expertise with a deep appreciation for art and history cultivated during summers spent exploring Europe. Ivan’s favorite part of the process is seeing drawings transformed into built spaces, where vision becomes reality. When not designing, he enjoys skiing, playing softball, attending music festivals, and spending time with his dog, River.

Originally from New York, Lead Designer Kim Culbertson has called Fort Lauderdale home for the past 20 years. With degrees in both fashion design and interior design, Kim brings a unique perspective shaped by her early career in the fashion world and two decades of experience across every role within a design firm. Before joining Laure Nell Interiors, she spent 13 years as a Lead Designer at a prestigious Boca Raton firm, where she oversaw multi-million-dollar projects from concept to completion. A natural problem solver, Kim thrives on the ever-changing challenges of design and is passionate about creating bespoke, European-inspired interiors that reflect each client’s lifestyle.

Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Hannah Enea grew up surrounded by architecture and design as the daughter of a general contractor. She earned a Bachelor’s in Business Marketing from Florida State University, then followed her passion with a Master’s in Interior Architecture from Florida International University. She also holds a certification in cruise ship and superyacht design from La Spezia, Italy. Hannah began her career as a design intern, where she quickly realized she had found her calling. She later expanded her expertise at an architectural firm, gaining deeper insight into architectural design. Hannah thrives on turning complex concepts into reality, seeing each project as a puzzle that blends problem-solving, creativity, and precision. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, Pilates, fitness, and exploring design and art shows to stay inspired.

She pursued her creative calling by earning a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), where she refined her artistic perspective and developed a deep appreciation for interior design. Scarlett thrives in a collaborative environment, finding inspiration in the process of working as a team to create something truly special. She loves the creative challenge of bringing design concepts to life, ensuring that each project is both thoughtful and visually compelling. Outside of design, Scarlett’s other passion is dance, which fuels her artistic expression. She also enjoys reading, visiting museums, and exploring bookstores, always seeking inspiration in art, literature, and culture.

With a Master’s in Interior Design from Florida State University and a background in textile design, she views design as a dialogue—between people and spaces, culture and comfort, function and feeling. Recipient of the Kravet Design of Distinction Award, Ankita is passionate about solving spatial challenges and layering textures and details that transform projects into spaces that truly connect.

She studied apparel design at Florida State University, loves organization and making work and life run efficiently, and has a passion for design and all things creative. When she’s not putting her expertise into action in the office, she’s busy working with crafts, planning parties, practicing yoga, traveling, and spending time with her friends and her dogs.
